that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. every one of the beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas experienced the most people off all the beaches and even that wasn't what I call crowded". I do propose bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that appear out during the early morning hours and when the sun starts to set and they do bite. it was nothing that will keep you indoors even though. there undoubtedly are a few state parks while in the area and every one of these are beautiful. beautiful can be an understatement to be honest! its a very family friendly place and not the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida and I will make this a yearly vacation. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice and I most likely talked to all of them before I actually made it to indian go. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself. Thank you for your feedback.  Without a doubt this home is actually a standard beach house and when you predict more this is not the place to suit your needs.  As with the outdoor spigot, without going into a lot of details allows just say that it truly is from harvest-tips the works to get addressed.

They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, plus the location was awesome, but it's just over the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain also much, but basically the windows have been all really in need of replacement, as ended up the doorways, the trim, much with the home furniture, and so forth.

I loved that there have been two bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO perfect for adults who want to travel alongside one another. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not rent it yet again or suggest it to a colleague.

This house has an awesome location, it’s right about the beach. We really savored our stay. The home needs some improvements and upgrades.

From the outside, the assets looks a little “operate down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks of the neighboring properties, they would be well out of our price vary. The interior photos were accurate and everything worked fine.
